How do I activate Narra Care Card?
After payment confirmation you receive a card number and one-time code by email. Use them to create or link your Care Center patient account. The 1-year validity starts on activation.

Is this an HMO?
No. Narra Care Card is a Care Center clinic membership for primary care. It is not an HMO plan and not insurance.
