How do I activate my card?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your card number and a one-time activation code. Use these to create or link your Care Center account.
How long does payment verification take?
Our finance team reviews every payment. Most are verified within 1 business day. You'll receive an email once your payment is approved.
Can I use my card at any Care Center branch?
Yes. Every Care Center card is valid at all Care Center clinics nationwide for the duration of your membership.
I bought a card as a gift. How does the recipient activate it?
We email the recipient their card number and activation link. They create their own account and activate the card themselves.
